A creation of Dr. Gero, Android 13 was the strongest of the three robots (the others being 14 and 15), and a fair match for Goku. He "evolved" into the much more powerful Super 13 after absorbing key components from the defeated 14 and 15. He appeared in the 7th movie. Never appears in the comic.
