Bibidi is a short wizard who long ago created the monster Boo (Buu) to destroy the universe. When Boo became disobedient, he begins to seal him within a large purple ball while going from world to world. He is only seen in a few flashbacks during the Buu Saga. His name is part of a word play from the classic Disney movie, Cinderella: Bibidi Babidi Boo.
