Doctor Briefs is the father of Bulma, Dr. Briefs is a grey-haired, brilliant scientist. In Dragon Ball Z he's the president of Capsule Corporation, which creates "Capsules" that can shrink inanimate objects down to pocket size. He and Bulma fixed Android 16 during the Imperfect Cell Saga, showing off their technical know-how. Usually Doctor Briefs is seen with a cat on his shoulder.
