General Blue Saga |

The General Blue Saga, is the fourth saga from the fictional anime Dragon Ball.
Plot
Continuing from the Red Ribbon Army Saga, the General Blue Saga focus' on Goku battle against the very vain title character. The saga starts with Goku visting Bluma in the city to get his Dragon Radar fixed, then the two set out to search for the nearest dragonball that is located in the ocean, using a submarine borrowed from Roshi (in exchange for a shrinking device Bulma invented so he can spy on Lunch) and later joined by Krillen. However the Red Ribbon gets wind of the location also and send General Blue to fetch it. After an adventure under the sea, the heroes are forced into a underground cave, have to dodge pirate traps, battle a still fuctioning homicidal robot in the pirate's abandoned hideout, and have to deal with General Blue who following them not to mention narrowly escape a cave in. Eventually Goku gets the Dragonball but Blue, who was left for dead, steals it and the other dragonballs then tries to get away. But Goku follows him and causes Blue to crash in a very strange place known as Penguin Village (from Toriyama's first manga, Dr. Slump). After both Blue and Goku meet the island's inhabitant (including Slump's title character Arale) the two showdown at Dr. Slump's house. Blue manages to get the upper hand and nearly kills Goku, but Arale saves him by headbutting Blue into the air and sends him flying (which we later find out that Blue landed in Egypt, heh). After Slump fixes the radar, Goku thanks his family and continues on his way. Ending this story arc and moving onto the Commander Red Saga.
