The 'right-hand man' of Freeza, Zarbon has light-blue skin and long green hair and is considered to be quite attractive. He wears jewellery, and has been called a pretty boy by some.
He has one transformation state, which makes him considerably stronger, but it also makes him much uglier, causing him to only transform when absolutely needed.
He was killed by Vegeta.
